Cookie Policy
Cookies are small pieces of data that a website stores in your browser and that are sent back to the site the next time you open it. This page explains why this site uses cookies and how you can refuse them. For how personal information is handled, see the Privacy Policy.
This English version is a translation for reference. If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.
Cookies this site uses
This site stores cookies for the following purposes. Neither of them contains anything that identifies you, such as your name or email address.
- To remember your language (whether you were viewing the Japanese or English pages). This cookie is kept for one year.
- To run the contact form (to carry what you enter over to the confirmation screen, and to prevent the form from being submitted from other sites without your knowledge). These cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
In addition, the following external services use cookies:
- Google Analytics (Google LLC): to understand how the site is used (see “Analytics” below)
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): to see how pages are used and make them easier to use (see “Analytics” below)
- reCAPTCHA (Google LLC): to prevent misuse of the contact form. It is used only on the contact pages (see “Preventing misuse of the form” in the Privacy Policy)
Analytics
To understand how this site is used, it uses Google Analytics, an analytics tool from Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information about visits. This information does not include anything that identifies you, such as your name. For how Google handles this information, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
If you do not want this information collected, disable cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
This site also uses Microsoft Clarity, a service from Microsoft Corporation, to see how pages are used and make them easier to use. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies to record interactions on pages, such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movements, and turns them into heatmaps and recordings that replay those interactions. What you enter in the contact form is not sent to Clarity. For how Microsoft handles this information, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
If you disable cookies in your browser, Clarity does not store cookies and does not link your interactions across pages. Your interactions on each page are still recorded.
Refusing cookies
You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. For how to do this, see your browser's help. Note that if you refuse cookies, you will not be able to send a message through the contact form. To use the form, please allow cookies for this site.
