I build multilingual, accessible corporate websites that you can keep growing yourself, handling everything from design to development and launch.

Price: ¥800,000; Covers a corporate website built with global reach in mind. Excluding tax.

Monthly maintenance fee: None; Minor fixes within two months of delivery are included

What's included

Pages: Up to 12 pages. The home page, the contact page, the privacy policy, and so on all count; news articles and other posts do not.
Copywriting: Based on your current site, your own materials, and other public information, I draft the text for each page, and your staff reviews and corrects it.
Translation: Any language is supported. I prepare draft translations, and your staff reviews and corrects them. Even after launch, you can edit translations and add languages from the admin screen.
Admin screen and manual: You get an admin screen you can use to update the content yourself, along with an operation manual.
Content migration: I move your current site's content, such as news, blog posts, and papers, whatever the volume or format. Content built without WordPress, or data kept in a separate database, can be moved too.
Photos and images: We start from your own photos and logo. If photos are lacking, I prepare images that suit the site, using generative AI or stock photography.
Mobile and accessibility: As standard, the site is easy to read on smartphones and easy to use for older people and people with disabilities (equivalent to WCAG 2.2 AA).
Minor fixes after launch: Minor fixes within two months of delivery are included. Requests after that are quoted separately.

Photo shoots and logo design: Photo shoots and logo design are not included.
WordPress updates: While the site is being built, I keep WordPress core and plugins up to date. After delivery, whether to update them is your decision and your responsibility. You can run updates from the admin screen, following the steps in the manual. If an update causes problems, I fix them, with the work quoted separately. I can also run updates for you, from ¥50,000 (excluding tax). If an update requires changes to the code, that work is quoted separately.
Server and domain: You sign up with the providers and pay them directly. You can keep your current ones; if you need new ones, I help you choose and set them up.

Discovery call

In an online meeting of 30 minutes to an hour, I hear about your challenges and what you have in mind. You are welcome to just consult.
Estimate

I ask about the page structure and when you would like to launch, then send you an estimate.
Design

I first create a draft design covering a minimal set of pages, such as the home page and key subpages, and then finalize it based on your feedback. Before the design, I sometimes ask you to check the overall structure in text form.
Development

I build the site on WordPress, implement the design, and then create editing forms tailored to your content so you can make changes yourself later. Where content from your current site or other sources needs to be integrated, I also migrate it.
Launch

I launch the site on the date and time you choose and hand over the operation manual for the admin screen.
