Roju

A Base for Good Life.

For the opening of the Nakameguro office of the office building brand Roju, I helped with the rebranding and created the teaser and brand websites. The Nakameguro office, the brand's second building after Roju Minami Aoyama, adds services such as a café, an event space, and botanicals, building out its offering further as a base for people's life's work.

To match the expanded services, I updated the logo design and the tagline. The project had started out under the banner "Good Office, Good Life," but this time, with the brand's next stage of growth in mind, I developed the tagline "A Base for Good Life" (a base for the activities of your life).

Roju Teaser site

The teaser site went live ahead of the brand site. I implemented an interaction in which a magnifying glass follows the cursor, as if peeking at the information. The building wasn't finished yet, so there were no photos to work with; I designed the site using architectural renderings instead.

The brand site features a promotional video of everyday scenes at Roju as its main visual, and adds content such as the services, introductions to the locations, and a blog. The CMS is WordPress, and I customized the posting forms and more so that the client can add and edit content themselves.
